Peer review procedure
Each paper is assigned to the associate editor (expert in the field).
The associate editor assigns at least two reviewers per paper.
Based on the review results and based on his/her one judgement the
associate editor recommends:
- acceptance
- acceptance with minor revisions
- major revisions with another round of review
- rejection
